Application Process


Only online applications will be entertained via the official SPSC portal.

Candidates must generate a PSID and pay an application fee of Rs. 1000 through online banking channels.

Eligibility Criteria


Citizenship & Domicile: Candidates must be citizens of Pakistan and domiciled/permanent residents of Sindh.

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (2nd Division) from a recognized university.


Age Limit:

General candidates: 21 to 30 years (as of 01-09-2025).

Scheduled caste candidates: up to 31 years.

Government employees (Sindh/Federal) with 4+ years continuous service: up to 35 years. (Excludes employees of autonomous/semi-autonomous bodies and local councils).
Examination Rules & Attempts

CCE is now an annual competitive exam.

Each candidate is allowed a maximum of three attempts (effective from CCE-2019).

Missing any paper results in disqualification from subsequent papers.

Examination Structure & Centers
